Return Period

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
